SAWALA commits to meet the needs of all customers by providing flexible and customer- oriented services. One way we do this is by offering three types of pricing options that can be chosen by our customers: EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board) Jakarta, and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight.

We understand that every customer has different needs, which is why we strive to provide solutions that align with their preferences and requirements. With our EXW, FOB (Jakarta), and CIF pricing options, we hope to provide a better experience and facilitate the cooperation process with our customers.

Materials

Surrounded by beautiful landscapes, it is only right that our studio is stocked with only the finest local materials that haven't had to travel far to get to us. Our clay is as locally sourced as possible for every product. We ensure that the paint we use on our products is low-VOC and never washed into local waterways during production.
